Senaida Sabala-Rakers is vice president of the Association Banking group at Western Alliance Bank for the San Diego and Coachella Valley regions.

Since 2016, Mrs. Sabala-Rakers has worked with Association Banking group clients providing them with the banking products and services that meet the unique needs of the community management industry.

Mrs. Sabala-Rakers began her career as a homeowner association new accounts specialist. She was promoted to assistant vice president, HOA operations manager at 1st Centennial Bank, with responsibility for San Diego and Coachella Valley clients. She moved to Pacific Western Bank in San Diego as vice president, HOA relationship manager.

Mrs. Sabala-Rakers relies on her 20 years of industry experience combined with exceptional customer service and knowledge of banking operations to assist association management companies.

She is a supporter and active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI)  and the California Association of Community Managers.

Outside of work, Sabala-Rakers enjoys golfing, traveling and cooking. She currently resides in San Diego, California.
