Chris Pannacciulli is Senior Director of Aerospace, Defense and Government Contracting for Western Alliance Bank.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Pannacciulli joined the Western Alliance Bank team in 2024. He offers strategic guidance, products and solutions tailored to the unique needs of aerospace, defense and government services firms nationwide. He specializes in credit solutions for acquisitions, working capital, international trade, equipment financing and recapitalizations, as well as risk mitigation through foreign exchange and interest rate programs. He also focuses on optimizing corporate treasury management structures.

Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Mr. Pannacciulli was Head of Aerospace & Defense Commercial Banking for the Pacific Southwest Region at Bank of America, Senior Credit Risk Officer at Wells Fargo, and National Credit Products Team Manager at Citibank.

Mr. Pannacciulli earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers University, School of Business. In addition to his role at the bank, he serves as the Chairman of the Aerospace & Defense Forum, San Diego Chapter, and is a member of several industry organizations, including the Aero Club of Southern California; the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics; the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association; the Association of the US Army; Helicopter Association International; the National Defense Industrial Association; the Navy League of the United States; the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance; and the San Diego Military Advisory Council.
