David Bolocan
Senior Director Commercial Deposits & Treasury Management
David Bolocan is the head director of commercial deposits and treasury management services for Western Alliance Bank’s Specialized Mortgage Services group. Mr. Bolocan focuses on deepening client relationships through meeting client needs with existing treasury management products and services, and the development of new products and services specific to the mortgage industry. Based in Phoenix and Atlanta, he serves clients throughout the United States.
Mr. Bolocan has more than 30 years of professional experience in banking and payments. He was previously Head of Retail Deposits at BBVA leading Retail Deposits and Consumer Segments, and before that, Head of Retail Banking Solutions at Verisk Analytics. His areas of focus included deposits related to Commercial, Treasury Management Services, Business, Consumer, Wealth and Digital.
Mr. Bolocan is a proud supporter of The Nature Conservancy, which aims to achieve sustainable conservation solutions, and the Sierra Club to protect earth’s ecosystems, communities and resources.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
