James Petty is managing director, commercial banking, Southeast U.S. region, for Western Alliance Bank’s Hotel Franchise Finance group. Based in Atlanta, he brings specialized expertise, along with a full range of financing products and services, to hotel owners and developers throughout the Southeast.
Mr. Petty joined Western Alliance in 2016, when the organization acquired the unit from GE Capital, and he has 30 years of high-level experience in banking and finance.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
