Mark Roberts is senior vice president of the Note Finance and Global Markets groups for Western Alliance Bank.
A longtime specialist in complex commercial credit, with deep experience in note financing for private real estate lenders, note buyers and non-performing debt funds, he has an expert grasp of the specialized needs of private lenders and their clients. With additional expertise in international banking, capital formation banking and treasury management solutions, he delivers comprehensive banking solutions to address clients’ diverse financial needs, including foreign exchange, global cash management, hedging and risk management, letters of credit and documentary collections.
Mr. Roberts was previously with Western Alliance Bank’s Alliance Bank of Arizona division, where he provided cash management and escrow services to mortgage companies and private equity funds.
Based in Raleigh, N.C., he frequently travels to serve East Coast clients of the bank’s Note Finance and Global Markets groups.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business from Northwood University and graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking.
