Paul Hoffman is senior vice president of the commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) financing program at Western Alliance Bank. Based in Los Angeles, Paul works with commercial property owners and developers in over 30 states that have adopted C-PACE to provide financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements on commercial properties to improve infrastructure, replace aged equipment, reduce a building’s operating costs and increase collateral value.
Mr. Hoffman joined Western Alliance Bank in 2021 and has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate including expertise in business expansion, debt and equity finance, sales management, acquisitions, and construction and development. Prior to joining Western Alliance, Paul held leadership positions at several financial institutions, most recently at Genesis Capital, Banc of California, and Citizens Business Bank.
Paul sits on the Board of Directors at South Coast Communities Inc., is the Co-Founder of the Ambassadors Program at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
He graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
