Travis Elmore is Vice President, Affordable Housing Investments, at Western Alliance Bank. Based in Phoenix, he is part of the Affordable Housing Investments team, where he is the Senior Underwriter for the group.
Prior to joining Western Alliance Bank in April of 2019, Mr. Elmore was a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager at SunTrust Bank, now Truist, in Atlanta, GA, where he managed a $400MM portfolio and was responsible for originating Tax Credit equity investments and permanent debt solutions for well-known and respected affordable housing developers across the U.S. He is also a graduate of SunTrust’s highly competitive Wholesale Development Program.
Mr. Elmore is a graduate from the University of North Georgia with a BBA degree in Finance.
