Aidan Tracey
Assistant Vice President Portfolio Management, Affordable Housing
Aidan Tracey is assistant vice president of portfolio management for Western Alliance Bank’s Affordable Housing Group. He works closely with the group's asset management team to track low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties in the Affordable Housing portfolio to ensure they meet financial and operational goals.
Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Mr. Tracey previously worked with CBRE Group, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
