Sabine Holton is senior vice president of homeowner association (HOA) banking for the Southern Texas region.

She began her career in the association management industry as a community manager. She spent more than 20 years meeting the needs of clients while gaining a greater understanding of the industry’s needs.

Before joining Alliance Association Bank in 2011, Ms. Holton worked as a relationship officer in homeowner association banking. 

Ms. Holton holds several professional designations from the Community Associations Institute, including Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

Ms. Holton is active in the Greater Houston, San Antonio and Austin Chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CAI San Antonio Chapter. CAI’s Greater Houston Chapter recognized Ms. Holton as Volunteer of the Year in 1990, and she was awarded Committee Chair of the Year in 2008.

Currently, she is the financial advisor for her condominium association in Houston, Texas.
