Jasmine Romero Fierro is a small business banker at Bank of Nevada where she works with existing clients to enhance the banking relationship and excels at finding the banking services, treasury management products and loans that help small business owners achieve their goals. Above all, she wants to ensure the banking process is easy and positive for all her clients.
Ms. Romero Fierro is passionate about helping others. For many years she has organized fundraisers to assist an orphanage in Liberia, where four of her five siblings were adopted. In Las Vegas, she and her mother pass out lunches every month to those in the unhoused community and are actively working to create a mentorship program for those they meet.
Ms. Romero Fierro graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business. Before graduation, she studied abroad and focused on International Business, Management and Marketing at the Universitat Politècnica de València in Valencia, Spain.
Ms. Romero Fierro is a board member of two employee-led business resource groups within Bank of Nevada's parent organization, Western Alliance Bank. She serves as leadership and development chair for the Women's Alliance Group and is co-chair of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Veteran's Business Resource Group.
