With nearly 20 years of experience, Dan Kotlajich joined the Western Alliance Bank team in 2021 as the branch banking operations director.
In his role, Mr. Kotlajich is a part of the executive team and responsible for leading the California branch banking division toward executing the strategic goals and objectives of the organization, which includes coaching, mentoring and developing the California branch leadership team and implementing operational policies to protect and uphold the credibility of Western Alliance Bank. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kotlajich spent six years at San Diego County Credit Union as the senior vice president, regional sales manager, where he led 21 of the bank’s branches and as the vice president of Real Estate Lending Sales. He also previously held positions at Neighborhood Loans and JP Morgan Chase.
Mr. Kotlajich graduated from St. Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Graham School of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. Outside of his role at Western Alliance Bank, he volunteers with United Way’s Emerging Leaders and Junior Achievement of San Diego County.
