Scott Pritchard is senior managing director, commercial banking, for Torrey Pines Bank. He funds commercial real estate repositioning and development loans, and provides construction lending for a wide variety of asset types.
Located in the Carmel Valley office, Mr. Pritchard serves small- to mid-sized builders, developers and investors throughout Southern California. He joined Torrey Pines Bank in 2012 and has more than 25 years of banking industry experience.
Mr. Pritchard graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
