Vince Kingsley is senior director, commercial banking, for Torrey Pines Bank. Based in San Diego, he provides construction loans and lines of credit, permanent mortgages, and treasury management services for construction industry subcontractors, owner-occupied and commercial real estate investors, aviation-related companies and more. He joined Torrey Pines Bank in 2007 and has over 40 years of banking industry experience.
Mr. Kingsley is a member of Associated Builders & Contractors and the Associated Subcontractors Alliance. He serves as a board member for Alzheimer’s San Diego and participates with the finance committee for Community HousingWorks, a nonprofit organization that develops, rehabilitates, preserves and operates affordable apartment communities throughout California.
