Torrey Pines Bank to Open New San Diego Regional Office
Torrey Pines Bank, the Southern California division of customer-centric, award-winning Western Alliance Bank, is opening a new, regional San Diego location, set to open in early 2023 in the Financial District.
The 11,000-square-foot office will occupy the first floor of the newly built Class A and Silver LEED Certified Twenty by Six building, located at 450 B St. in San Diego alongside an existing 20-story office tower.
The high-profile location in the heart of Downtown San Diego, with frontage on 4th Avenue between A Street and B Street, will allow Torrey Pines Bank to continue its dedication to relationship banking of the Downtown San Diego region and surrounding markets by serving business clients from a convenient, modern and easily accessible location, with underground parking.
The new Downtown office will bring together the experienced banking and Settlement Services teams that currently reside four blocks east in Symphony Towers, as well as the dedicated banking team from the first-ever Torrey Pines Bank branch at 550 C St., which will temporarily relocate to Symphony Towers this fall until the new location is ready. The bank will continue to offer a wide and evolving range of sophisticated banking products and solutions geared to the needs of commercial, industrial and professional businesses.
