Lisa Kremers is a vice president and relationship manager in Western Alliance Bank’s Business Escrow Services Group. With extensive experience in global banking and escrow agency administration, she is dedicated to serving clients and providing a broad range of transactional needs, which include escrows for mergers and acquisitions, litigation and settlement funds, and restructuring, as well as paying agent and solicitation agent services.
Prior to joining Western Alliance Bank, Ms. Kremers was a relationship manager and vice president at PNC Bank, and a relationship manager at SRS Acquiom. She has also held various positions in banking operations and compliance, business development, and retail banking management under the Citi franchise, including its private bank law firm group.
Ms. Kremers holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of California, San Diego.
