Rachel Stastny is vice president in Western Alliance Bank’s Business Escrow Services Group and is responsible for developing and managing escrow and paying agent services in both the Western and Eastern United States. She specializes in merger & acquisition transactions with over a decade of experience in the industry, specializing in corporate trust, escrow and payment services.
Ms. Stastny earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach.
