Brian Stofka is head of business operations in Western Alliance Bank’s Business Escrow Services Group. With a decade of experience in M&A administration, Mr. Stofka has held integral roles across operations, relationship management and product leadership. During his tenure leading M&A Operations at his prior bank, the business grew by approximately 50%, and he was responsible for training teams across sales, relationship management and operations. He brings expertise in navigating complex transactions and a deep commitment to mentorship and professional development.
Mr. Stofka attended graduate school at the University of Denver studying public policy and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
