
Ryan Hawley is vice president of sales for Western Alliance Bank’s Note Finance Group. Based in Atlanta, he serves clients nationwide, focused on building out the single note-on-note financing business line.
Mr. Hawley has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining Western Alliance Bank, he was with MidCap Financial where he was a managing director in their commercial real estate lending group and was responsible for originating loans collateralized by all property types. He also had loan origination and asset management roles with GE Capital Real Estate, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and John Hancock. In addition to sales and relationship management, Mr. Hawley has a deep background in underwriting, structuring transactions, capital markets and asset management.
Mr. Hawley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Real Estate Equity Investment from Emory University Goizueta Business School. He’s an active member of the Goizueta Business School Mentor Program.
In his free time, Mr. Hawley enjoys spending time with family and is active in his kids’ sporting activities where he coaches and serves on several boards.
